Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in hotel food and beverage
- availability to work flexible AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent communication skills
- understanding of food, beverage and labor cost controls
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality service and marketing
- plan and direct the functions of administration and planning for the food and beverage department to meet operational needs
- implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
