Job Requirements

- Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management or a related field
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and staff evaluation

Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
