Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years experience in food and beverage management or a related field
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and staff evaluation

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
