Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and control budgets and labor costs
  • Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
