Job Requirements

  • Two to four years of supervisory or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays
  • Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition
  • Must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite
  • Must demonstrate ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English, conversational kitchen Spanish a help
  • Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified

Job Duties

  • Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
  • Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
  • Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
  • Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
  • Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
  • Promotes positive open communication in a team environment
  • Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Instructs employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
  • Assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation
  • Other duties as assigned
