Job Requirements

  • Two to four years supervisory or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends and some holidays
  • Great people skills with demonstrated leadership and team building
  • Basic computer skills including internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Ability to pass the Serve Safe certification test

Job Qualifications

  • Two to four years supervisory or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
  • Possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership, and team building abilities
  • Basic computer skills including internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Conversational kitchen Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to pass Serve Safe certification test

Job Duties

  • Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
  • Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
  • Consistently supervise, manage, and inspect all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
  • Prioritize employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
  • Promote positive open communication in a team environment
  • Inspect and administer employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Instruct employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
  • Assist restaurant employees in food delivery and preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
