Job Requirements
- Two to four years supervisory or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends and some holidays
- Great people skills with demonstrated leadership and team building
- Basic computer skills including internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Ability to pass the Serve Safe certification test
Job Qualifications
- Two to four years supervisory or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership, and team building abilities
- Basic computer skills including internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Conversational kitchen Spanish is a plus
- Ability to pass Serve Safe certification test
Job Duties
- Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
- Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
- Consistently supervise, manage, and inspect all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
- Prioritize employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
- Promote positive open communication in a team environment
- Inspect and administer employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Instruct employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
- Assist restaurant employees in food delivery and preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned
