Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Bar experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- English fluency
- Basic math skills
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- May require gaming license
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits
- Able to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments

Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house team members and implement training programs
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Manage budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
- Collaborate with chefs to control food costs and ensure menu appeal and presentation
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and minimize replacement costs
- Oversee cleanliness, sanitation standards, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare reports and support efficient department operations
