Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Bar experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Must communicate change effectively
- Ability to delegate, multi-task, lead and prioritize
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and regulations
- Must read, write and communicate in English
- Must perform basic math operations
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and stay calm during busy periods
- May require gaming license pursuant to San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Role requires regular commuting with valid driver's license and insurance
- Must be able to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Sedentary work including prolonged sitting and computer use
- Physical activities including balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
- Minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Bar experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication and change management abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Accountable for all Front of House team members in the assigned venues
- Implement training programs for high-quality service aligning with brand standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Manage venue budget including revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit
- Collaborate with Chef to oversee food costs and menu attractiveness
- Maintain accurate inventory and minimize replacement costs
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Direct maintenance and repair of equipment
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees
- Design individual development plans with succession planning
- Perform other duties to support efficient department operations
