Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service environments
  • Ability to manage and develop teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience in high-end or luxury service environments is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation, and meeting facilitation
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing product quality, service, and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in initiating and implementing marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services and maximize revenue
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
  • Act in the absence of the manager as needed
