Job Duties
- Assist in management of operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counselling, and evaluations
- Assist in assessing product quality, service satisfaction, and making improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage services
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
- Act in the absence of the manager as needed
