Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of food and beverage management experience
  • Experience in high-end or luxury service preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist in management of operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counselling, and evaluations
  • Assist in assessing product quality, service satisfaction, and making improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage services
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
  • Act in the absence of the manager as needed
