Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • or two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
  • two years of experience in the food and beverage or culinary professional area
  • ability to manage multiple food and beverage operations
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in budgeting and cost management
  • knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with four years of experience in food and beverage or culinary fields
  • or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with two years of experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • leadership and team management experience
  • financial and budget management skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage departments
  • maintain positive cost management indices
  • oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations
  • supervise and manage food and beverage employees
  • provide coaching and counseling to team members
  • ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • conduct employee performance reviews and promote fair treatment policies
