Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education or relevant experience
  • Servsafe Manager Certification
  • Bassett TiPS Alcohol Certification
  • One to two years of related employment experience
  • Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters
  • Ability to interpret instructions from customers, associates, and managers
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Manage the human resources within the department
  • Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
  • Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
  • Market the food and beverage outlets, develop and manage menus, promotions, and presentations
  • Manage the maintenance and sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience
