Job Requirements
- Education beyond high school
- Servsafe Manager Certification
- Bassett TiPS Alcohol Certification
- One to two years of related experience
- Excellent oral communication
- Knowledge of food safety and cleaning chemicals
- Physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and be mobile for 95% of the shift
- Ability to bend and manage physical demands of the role
- Ability to read and understand company policies
- Willingness to work in high temperature environments as needed
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- Servsafe Manager Certification
- Bassett TiPS Alcohol Certification
- One to two years of related experience in hospitality management
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training purposes
- Ability to read and implement policies, schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Strong comprehension skills for guest and associate interactions
Job Duties
- Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
- ensure compliance with corporate, franchise policies, and regulations
- manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- develop, recommend, and manage the department's budget, business, and marketing plans
- market food and beverage outlets through menus, promotions, and events
- maintain sanitation and equipment to protect assets and ensure service quality
- respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to enhance the guest experience
