- must have previous experience in food and beverage management or supervision

Job Qualifications
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- strong communication and analytical skills
- proficiency in general computer knowledge including working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- highly detailed oriented and organized
- previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role preferred

Job Duties
- Support and manage the bars and restaurants while working closely with other hotel departments
- ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
- lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- fully understand and promote colleague engagement
- assist in planning, coordinating and managing special events and holiday functions
- oversee scheduling, forecasting and training
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures
