Job Requirements

  • Full-time management position requiring full flexibility including weekends, holidays, and varied schedule
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • must have previous experience in food and beverage management or supervision
  • proficiency with point-of-sale systems and general computer knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge including working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • highly detailed oriented and organized
  • previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role preferred
  • high energy and entrepreneurial spirit

Job Duties

  • Support and manage the bars and restaurants while working closely with other hotel departments
  • ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
  • lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • fully understand and promote colleague engagement
  • assist in planning, coordinating and managing special events and holiday functions
  • oversee scheduling, forecasting and training
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures
