Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations for The Moon's Daughters rooftop bar
- schedule and forecast staffing and resources
- train and develop food and beverage team members
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- coordinate special events and holiday functions within the hotel
- collaborate with other hotel departments to support bar and restaurant functions
- manage food and beverage cost control and inventory
