Job Requirements
- Full time management position
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
- Must be proficient in point-of-sale systems

- Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the food and beverage operations for The Moon's Daughters rooftop bar
- Schedule and forecast staffing and sales needs
- Train and develop food and beverage staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
- Coordinate special events and holiday functions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall operations
- Lead and motivate the team towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
