Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with food and beverage cost control
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local foodservice regulations

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the bars and restaurants while working closely with other hotel departments
  • Ensures effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
  • Leads and coaches the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • Full understanding of colleague engagement
  • Assists in planning, coordinating and managing special events and holiday functions
  • Oversees scheduling, forecasting and training
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures
