Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supports and manages the bars and restaurants while working closely with other hotel departments
- Ensures effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
- Leads and coaches the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- Full understanding of colleague engagement
- Assists in planning, coordinating and managing special events and holiday functions
- Oversees scheduling, forecasting and training
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures
