Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations
- strong background in beverage program management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- availability between 11am and 12am
- proven leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations
- strong background in beverage program management
- proven leadership skills
- experience managing a team of 25 or more
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and planning abilities
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food and Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
