Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage or hospitality management experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Certification in ServSafe and Alcohol Service preferred
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of food and beverage or hospitality management experience
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control
- ServSafe and Alcohol Service certifications (preferred)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Lead and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs
- Uphold Levy's quality standards and guest service excellence
