Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of food and beverage or hospitality management experience
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and train staff
- ServSafe and Alcohol Service certifications (preferred)

- Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs
- Uphold Levy's quality standards and guest service excellence
