Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage food, beverage and labor costs effectively
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily operational needs
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • Maintains a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Monitors and enhances customer satisfaction and employee performance
