Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage food, beverage and labor costs effectively

Job Duties
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily operational needs
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
- Maintains a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Monitors and enhances customer satisfaction and employee performance
