Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to upholding health, safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet the daily needs of the operation
  • implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • maintains a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
