Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo restaurant to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • Maintain flexibility with schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Lead team to provide consistent, high-end service
