Job Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and alcohol safety regulations
  • Must have strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage food, beverage and labor costs effectively
  • Must be adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily operational needs
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • Manages a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Leads the team to provide consistent, high-end service
