Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a food and beverage managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
- Compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements

- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
- Manage flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Lead team to provide consistent, high-end service
