Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a food and beverage managerial role
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
  • Compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements

  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
  • Manage flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Lead team to provide consistent, high-end service
