Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
- comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations

Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily operational needs
- implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
- manage flexible work schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- lead the team to provide consistent, high-end service
