Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
  • comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Andiamo to meet daily operational needs
  • implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • manage flexible work schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • lead the team to provide consistent, high-end service
