Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in food and beverage
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using management software and POS systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional service

- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting

Job Duties
- Manage service quality and consistent food and beverage experience
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of special projects
- Ensure optimal member, guest, and staff experience
- Develop leadership skills through P&L review and forecasting
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Optimize business operations to meet the highest standards
