Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in food and beverage
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in using management software and POS systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for providing exceptional service

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and vendor relationships

  • Hospitality industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage service quality and consistent food and beverage experience
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of special projects
  • Ensure optimal member, guest, and staff experience
  • Develop leadership skills through P&L review and forecasting
  • Conduct interviewing and hiring processes
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Optimize business operations to meet the highest standards
