Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel environment
  • Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards
  • Capable of managing multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Passionate about customer service and team development

Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes food and beverage department activities to maintain standards
  • Plans and directs administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department
  • Implements effective cost controls on food, beverage, and labor
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Trains, supervises, schedules, and evaluates staff
  • Maintains high levels of customer service and quality standards
  • Oversees multiple outlets including Homespun, Nest on 4, In Room Dining, and Highball
