Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations or related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to manage a large team under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Familiarity with OSHA and food safety regulations
  • Ability to lead and train a large team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Square
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Own the full procurement cycle and vendor relations
  • Lead seasonal hiring and ensure compliance with certifications
  • Oversee OSHA compliance and preventive equipment maintenance
  • Manage pre-season stadium build-out and inventory
  • Conduct facility readiness checks and deep cleans
  • Lead winterization and decommission process post-season
  • Direct setup, supervision, and reset of concessions on game days
