Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to manage a large team under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Familiarity with OSHA and food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and train a large team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Square
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Own the full procurement cycle and vendor relations
- Lead seasonal hiring and ensure compliance with certifications
- Oversee OSHA compliance and preventive equipment maintenance
- Manage pre-season stadium build-out and inventory
- Conduct facility readiness checks and deep cleans
- Lead winterization and decommission process post-season
- Direct setup, supervision, and reset of concessions on game days
