Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage leadership
- Prior hotel leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Understanding of local, state, and federal food and beverage regulations
- Availability to work flexible shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Experience in staff training and development
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and menu planning
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
Job Duties
- Plans and directs all functions of the food and beverage outlets to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the operation of food and beverage outlets to achieve profitable results
- Participate in the creation and marketing of menu designs to attract a predetermined customer market
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure efficient operation
- Ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations, including achieving budgeted revenue and labor expenses
- Regularly reviews, evaluates, and responds to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction of the individual outlets
- recommend new operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such changes
- Ensure compliance with all Hilton policies and procedures relating to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to Hilton policies and procedures
