Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field or equivalent management experience
- 2-3 years' experience in Food and Beverage operations management or related field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and lead teams
- experience managing large teams and working across departments
- strong organizational and multitasking ability
- budget planning skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- certifications in ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Alcohol
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field or equivalent management experience in food industry
- 2-3 years' experience as a theme park supervisor or manager of Food and Beverage operations or restaurant management experience or multi-unit Food and Beverage operations experience
- strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others with a positive attitude
- experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all management levels
- strong teamwork skills and ability to work across departments
- strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple operations
- budget planning experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ServSafe Manager certificate and ServSafe Alcohol certificate
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Practice management by walking around daily to engage with employees and guests
- responsible for overall successful operation of assigned Food and Beverage business units
- ensure highest quality in execution and continuous improvement
- lead efforts to meet or exceed financial targets for revenue and profit
- manage location inventory to ensure quality, accuracy, timely delivery, safety, proper storage, and cost control
- manage team members through hiring, training, setting standards, enforcing policies, and demonstrating leadership
- hold regular meetings with direct reports to improve guest experience, efficiencies, financial results, and support brand elevation
- build talent through mentoring, delegating, goal setting, and coaching
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and park regulations
- responsible for passing health department and third-party inspections
- serve as Park Duty Manager
- enforce all department and park policies
- perform all other duties as assigned
