Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service
  • ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
  • oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage purchasing
  • develop and execute promotional activities to enhance guest engagement
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly
  • analyze operational reports and participate in meetings to support business goals
