Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service
- ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
- oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage purchasing
- develop and execute promotional activities to enhance guest engagement
- communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly
- analyze operational reports and participate in meetings to support business goals
