Job Requirements
- Minimum two years hospitality leadership experience
- familiarity with restaurant POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- keen eye for detail and quality service
- knowledge of front and back of house operations
- ability to maintain adequate staffing schedules
- enforce CA safety and sanitation regulations
- passion for culinary arts
- inventory management experience preferred
- ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- poise under stressful situations
- wine knowledge
- basic computer skills
- fully open schedule availability including weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings
- minimum education of high school diploma or GED
- pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- collection of SSN for background check
- authorized to work in the United States
