Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years hospitality leadership experience
  • familiarity with restaurant POS systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • keen eye for detail and quality service
  • knowledge of front and back of house operations
  • ability to maintain adequate staffing schedules
  • enforce CA safety and sanitation regulations
  • passion for culinary arts
  • inventory management experience preferred
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
  • poise under stressful situations
  • wine knowledge
  • basic computer skills
  • fully open schedule availability including weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings
  • minimum education of high school diploma or GED
  • pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • collection of SSN for background check
  • authorized to work in the United States
