Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a food and beverage managerial role
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- willingness to maintain a drug-free workplace

- proven experience in food and beverage management preferably within private clubs or hospitality industry
- strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage operations at private club facilities
- manage dining staff schedules and training programs
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- develop and manage budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage departments
- collaborate with culinary teams to enhance menu offerings
- maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
- coordinate events and catering services as needed
