Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a food and beverage managerial role
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • willingness to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in food and beverage management preferably within private clubs or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • ability to develop innovative guest service strategies
  • proficiency in scheduling and staff training

Job Duties

  • oversee food and beverage operations at private club facilities
  • manage dining staff schedules and training programs
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • develop and manage budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage departments
  • collaborate with culinary teams to enhance menu offerings
  • maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
  • coordinate events and catering services as needed
