Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- experience managing food and beverage operations
- proven leadership experience in hospitality settings
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- familiarity with private club standards
- valid food safety certification
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a private club or high-end hospitality environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of financial management including budgeting and cost control
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- ability to develop and implement operational strategies
- commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
Job Duties
- manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure service excellence
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of food and beverage team members
- develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- collaborate with culinary staff to create appealing menus and dining experiences
- manage inventory control and cost management
- ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution
