Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RAMP and Serv-Safe certification
  • Three years of related experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
  • Ability to work with financial data
  • Full working knowledge of POS
  • Ability to qualify for State Gaming Agency licensure
  • Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program
  • Availability to work nights, weekends or holidays
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified
  • Three full years of employment in related position
  • Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions
  • Must have full working knowledge of POS
  • Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency
  • Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversees beverage service and ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner
  • Assists in retaining and motivating employees
  • Provides high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the beverage operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
  • Must schedule hourly team members
  • Understands all state liquor regulations and ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for the department
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency
