Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties
- Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
- Ensure all concession areas have proper displays and merchandise
- Execute all security, safety and sanitation standards
- Provide operational planning to ensure appropriate teaming levels and adequate products ordered for events
- Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedule
- Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
- Ensure show quality standards are maintained
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and team members
- Regularly obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations
- Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues
- Execute menus, promotions and programs as outlined by management in accordance with Levy standards
- Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals
- Achieve assigned budget goals
- Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
- Verify all opening and closing inventories effectively
- Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
- Ensure required department reports are completed for month-end closing
- Ensure team members adhere to company guidelines in training manual and employee handbook
- Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs and targets
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for operation
- Conduct on-site training of POS system and concession equipment
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to maintain communication
- Interview, hire, train and develop team members
- Other responsibilities as needed
