- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills

- Availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and 10-hour shifts

Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
- Research and develop new menus
- Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours
- Perform monthly inventories and manage supply orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
