Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members

  • Availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and 10-hour shifts

  • Research and develop new menus
  • Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
  • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours
  • Perform monthly inventories and manage supply orders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
