- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate cafeteria in accordance with approved budget
- Ensure food quality offered to clients, customers, and employees is of superior quality
- Manage and lead a team of associates effectively
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients
- Manage client relations to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments within the operation
- Monitor purchasing and inventory control
