  • Minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate cafeteria in accordance with approved budget
  • Ensure food quality offered to clients, customers, and employees is of superior quality
  • Manage and lead a team of associates effectively
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients
  • Manage client relations to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments within the operation
  • Monitor purchasing and inventory control
