Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- Two to four years restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings
- Experience with operations management and purchasing
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Food safety certification is a plus

- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge including pairings
- Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account
- Manage and lead a team of associates
- Manage client relations and ensure superior food quality
- Operate the corporate cafeteria within the approved budget
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management
