Job Requirements

  • Minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget
  • Ensure superior quality food is provided to clients, customers, and employees
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
  • Manage and lead a team of associates effectively
  • Handle client relations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Participate in purchasing and inventory management activities
