- Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings
- Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget
- Ensure superior quality food is provided to clients, customers, and employees
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
- Manage and lead a team of associates effectively
- Handle client relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Participate in purchasing and inventory management activities
