Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate
  • Minimum two years food and beverage supervisory experience in similar size operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education preferred
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
  • Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Outgoing personality
  • Team player

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house operations for restaurant and hotel
  • Provide training, direction, supervision and hands on support
  • Direct associates and supervisors to achieve food and beverage operation goals
  • Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages meeting guest satisfaction, brand, safety and hygiene standards
  • Hire and train service staff
  • Facilitate communication, engagement, and conflict resolution among team members
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
