Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven experience leading restaurant, banquets, and catering in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of Marriott/Sheraton brand standards preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and labor cost control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage operations
- Proven experience leading restaurant, banquets, and catering in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of Marriott/Sheraton brand standards and full-service hotel operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across FOH, BOH, and Events
- Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food and beverage cost controls, and budgeting
- Proven track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership and direction for FOH, BOH, and Banquets
- Oversee daily operations of Solete Restaurant, Cabanas, and Banquets/Catering, ensuring consistent service delivery and brand compliance
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and labor management to support service demands and financial goals
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Leadership to drive activations, promotions, and on-property experiences
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all outlets
- Champion training and development programs to build bench strength and promote internal growth
- Monitor and manage budgets, cost controls, inventory, and profitability
- Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence aligned with Shamin TOP values
