Job Requirements
- Fluency in English verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position in a comparable quality establishment
- Familiarity with OSHA, SB198, local health department regulations, state liquor laws, and hazardous substance laws
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, budgets, food and beverage knowledge, and service standards
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Ensure established restaurant policies and procedures, including service style, are being followed
- Prepare annual budget according to management specifications with General Manager assistance
- Coordinate all restaurant marketing, public relations and advertising for food and beverage
- Partner with culinary team on menu improvements and implementation
- Control beverage inventory, variety, and cost to maintain supply, quality, and profitability
- Monitor and control division expenditures and payroll to meet operational standards and budget
- Execute and review monthly reports tracking covers, revenues, and costs versus budget
- Oversee departmental inventories and establish purchasing guidelines
- Document personnel and payroll transactions as directed
- Train staff on SOPs to ensure understanding and compliance
- Complete payroll and timekeeping logs accurately
- Design and coordinate consistent service levels across all food and beverage outlets
- Regularly review food and beverage pricing and identify yield management opportunities
- Monitor service and quality standards
- Respond to guest needs and requests professionally and promptly
- Ensure culinary staff compliance with local safety and health regulations
- Schedule regular staff meetings, training, and food education
- Conduct monthly departmental operations meetings
- Promote and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Focus on safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Attend all mandatory meetings as directed
- Perform other tasks including cross-training as needed
