Job Requirements
- Professional degree or certification
- 3-5 years of hands-on culinary experience
- bilingual preferred
- possession of Food Handler's or ServSafe certification
- ability to read, speak and write in English fluently
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to effectively listen and take direction
- excellent customer service skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- mobility to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Job Qualifications
- Professional degree or certification with 3-5 years hands-on culinary experience
- bilingual preferred
- possession of food handler's certification from Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
- ServSafe or Food Handler's certification

- excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards

Job Duties
- Conduct consistent pre-shift and monthly meetings
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- maintain positive client relations and anticipate guest needs
- coordinate with kitchen, serving staff, host team, and guests to handle dining details efficiently and address concerns promptly
- act as sommelier making wine and beverage pairing recommendations, proactively handle guest queries and complaints
- ensure flawless execution of special occasion arrangements such as birthdays and anniversaries
- complete financial, invoicing, reporting, payroll and administrative duties accurately and on time
- inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards
- oversee daily restaurant and bar operations including scheduling, staff assignments, side-work supervision, inventory management, and closing procedures
- foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment to promote employee morale and productivity
- collaborate on training and learning development initiatives
- evaluate performance and coordinate schedules to maintain adequate staffing
- provide coaching and counseling to team members on policies and procedures
- ensure a safe associate and guest environment by mitigating accident risks and completing timely accident reports
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
