Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on culinary experience
- Professional degree or certification
- Food handler's certification
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Commitment to practicing safe work habits
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in high-volume food service venues
- Experience overseeing alcohol sales
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

Job Qualifications
- Professional degree or certification with 3-5 years hands-on culinary experience, bilingual preferred
- Possession of food handler's certification from Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
- ServSafe or Food Handler's certification

Job Duties
- Conduct consistent pre-shift and monthly meetings
- Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- Maintain positive client relations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain contact with kitchen, serving staff, host team, and guests to ensure efficient dining operations
- Act as a sommelier using wine and cocktail knowledge to make pairing recommendations and address guest queries
- Ensure flawless handling of special occasion arrangements such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Complete financial and administrative duties including invoices, reporting, and payroll accurately and on time
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations including scheduling and inventory management
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment
- Collaborate on training and development initiatives
- Evaluate employee performance and coordinate schedules
- Coach and counsel team members on policies and duties
- Ensure a safe environment by mitigating risks and promptly completing accident reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
