Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hotel food and beverage leadership experience
- Hyatt experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented leadership style
- Proven ability to lead high-volume operations with a track record of improving financial performance
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivational leadership qualities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and strong administrative capabilities
- Experience developing or implementing new food and beverage concepts
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
- Oversee short- and long-term planning for the outlet, including concept development and operational objectives
- Maintain Hyatt brand standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all beverage operations
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and corporate standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to support seamless guest service and operational efficiency
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve targeted profitability
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness of operational practices and implement strategies to enhance revenue and reduce expenses
- Oversee payroll, inventory, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial management
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members to build a strong, service-driven staff
- Train, coach, and mentor employees to support professional growth and uphold Hyatt service standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high-performing team
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and engagement
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support service delivery and engage with guests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Implement initiatives that enhance both guest and colleague satisfaction
- Plan and execute special events and holiday functions that elevate the guest experience and drive revenue
