Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel food & beverage leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a serviceoriented leadership style
  • Proven ability to lead highvolume operations with a track record of improving financial performance
  • High energy entrepreneurial mindset and motivational leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and strong administrative capabilities
  • Experience developing or implementing new F& B concepts
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations for both front and backofhouse teams ensuring smooth efficient and guestfocused service
  • Oversee short and longterm planning for the outlet including concept development and operational objectives
  • Maintain Hyatt brand standards of service cleanliness and presentation across all beverage operations
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and corporate standards
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to support seamless guest service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control food beverage and labor costs to achieve targeted profitability
  • Evaluate costeffectiveness of operational practices and implement strategies to enhance revenue and reduce expenses
