Job Requirements

  • four years of extensive experience demonstrating executive management competencies
  • ability to deal effectively with superiors, subordinates, peers, and the general public
  • outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • thorough knowledge of food and beverage cost controls, sanitation, food safety, responsible alcohol service, operating procedures, and business and accounting principles
  • ability to make sound judgments and decisions
  • ability to prepare budgets, maintain effective controls, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field or equivalent experience desired
  • military or DoD MWR program experience preferred
  • annual financial disclosure report (OGE Form 450) required
