Job Requirements
- four years extensive executive management experience
- ability to interact effectively with various personnel and the public
- excellent communication skills
- thorough knowledge of relevant business and accounting principles
- sound judgment and decision-making skills
- capability to prepare budgets and maintain financial controls
- annual financial disclosure report (OGE Form 450) required
Job Qualifications
- executive management experience in food and beverage or comparable business
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
- knowledge of food and beverage cost controls, sanitation, food safety, and operating procedures
- ability to make sound judgments and decisions
- ability to prepare budgets and analyze trends
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- military or DoD MWR program experience preferred
Job Duties
- plan, coordinate, and direct food and beverage businesses
- manage cost controls and sanitation standards
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- oversee responsible alcohol service
- prepare and maintain budgets
- analyze business trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates, peers, and the public
