Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform regular or periodic reviews and inspections of food and bar practices
  • evaluate the adequacy of assigned facility activities and practices
  • prepare reports and recommendations concerning improvements or corrections of deficient food and bar activities
  • coordinate related work in purchasing and administrative business practices
  • supervise employees in accomplishment of work
